About Kathy
As a seasoned professional and the Co-Founder of Allied Healers Behavioral Health, I bring a comprehensive, 360-degree understanding of the behavioral health system. From frontline crisis intervention to organizational strategy. My clinical experience spans emergency psychiatric evaluation, short and long-term psychotherapy, and complex discharge planning within inpatient hospital settings.
Building on this foundation, I have become a subject-matter expert in LPS law, delivering targeted trainings to healthcare professionals, community organizations, law enforcement, and fire departments. I also previously served as Adjunct Faculty for the UMASS Global MSW program, where I taught and mentored future clinicians.
My mission is to leverage my strong clinical foundation to help individuals navigate the behavioral health system with confidence, support organizations in strengthening their services and caring for their people, and empower communities to reduce stigma and more easily access the support they need.
